A cable connection apparatus is provided to improve convenience for a user by preventing a cable positioned inside a vehicle hood from being separated. A cable connection apparatus comprises a cable end(100) including a guide slot(110) formed vertically and horizontally on a surface thereof and a groove(120) formed on both sides of a side upper portion and a clamp(200) fitted into the groove of the cable end.
