PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inexpensively manufacturing a tool pot applicable to a plurality of types of tool magazines with stable quality, and the lightweight and recyclable tool pot having long durable years. SOLUTION: A plurality of keys 60, 68 provided on the opening part end surface of a holding hole 54 corresponding to the plurality of types of tool magazines are integrally molded with a tool pot body 53 by injection molding the glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material containing the glass fiber in the thermoplastic resin, and the keys 60, 68 other than the keys suitable for the tool magazine using the tool pot are eliminated.
