PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly box for packaging which is easily assembled, disassembled and disposed of by making the box not easily loosened without being fixed with an adhesive agent or a stitcher. SOLUTION: In forming this assembly box for packaging, the periphery of a bottom wall is surrounded by a pair of side walls and end face walls comprising each with a side face panel and an inside face panel. A folding piece extended from both ends of the side face panel of the side wall is inserted between the side face panel and the inside face panel structuring the end face wall for maintaining the side wall and the end face wall in a standing condition. Both ends of the inside face panel of the side wall are provided with a catching part and both ends of the inside face panel of the end face wall are provided with a protrusive part. By fitting the protrusive part to the catching part of both ends of the inside panel of the side wall, the separation of the inside face panel of a double-side wall is prevented leaving the box in a well-fitted condition while the box is easily assembled, disassembled and disposed of. For easy putting-in and taking-out of an item, one side of the side walls has no inside face panel and the end face walls have no protrusive part but have a folding part connected to the inside face panel on the one side of the side walls.
