<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harness wiring structure for a slide door which is capable of allowing a harness to be stretched between a vehicle body and the slide door to smoothly follow the movement of the slide door, and preventing the interference with a peripheral member by controlling the bending angle of the harness. <P>SOLUTION: In the harness wiring structure, an exterior member 10 is mounted on a harness wired between a vehicle body and a slide door. The exterior member comprises a corrugate tube 11 mounted over the entire length of the harness in an area of the wired harness, and a guide protector 12 for bend regulation which is partially and externally fitted to the corrugate tube. The guide protector has a plurality of rectangular cylindrical links consisting of a rigid material. An uneven locking part to be fitted to unevenness of the corrugate tube is provided on an inner surface of each link, a projection is provided on one end in the longitudinal direction of a pair of ridges opposing each other, and a groove opened in a V-shape is formed in the other end.
