摘要 PURPOSE:To change a rotor to a rotor of optimum shape and dimension by a method wherein the rotor consists of a rotor shaft and a plurality of various kinds of rotor segments replaceably fitted over the shaft, and the whole shape of the rotor can be changed by arbitrarily combining the various kinds of rotor segments. CONSTITUTION:A barrel 5 can be moved relatively to a rotor 7. The rotor 7 can be exposed outside while it is still incorporated in a rotating drive mechanism part 8 by moving the barrel 5 forward, therefore being arbitrarily changed in shape and dimension. The rotor 7 consists of a rotor shaft 15 provided with a base end part 15B incorporated in the drive mechanism part 8 and a spline 15A on the peripheral surface thereof other than the base end part 15B and various kinds of rotor segments fitted over the spline 15A of the shaft 15. As a sealing mechanism, each of the segments 16-20 is provided with a seal ring fitting groove on either or both of adjacent end faces in the axial direction, and a seal ring is fitted thereto. The sealing mechanism can prevent a melt material from intruding into between the spline 15A and the segments through a gap between the adjacent segments and setting there.
