A guide bracket is provided to suppress the impact delivered to passenger increasing the self rigidity. A guide bracket(40) comprises a first mounting unit(41) combined in the cowl cross member(21), a second mounting unit(42) combined in the core(30), a third mounting unit(43) inserted between the first and the second mounting unit. The first mounting unit is the cowl(20) of vehicle is combined with one end in the equipped cowl cross member. The second mounting unit is combined in the core covering the cowl(20) and forms module.
