A cushion outsole is provided to obtain good cushion action and the pumping-function by a plurality of air pocket holes and air chambers between the hard midsole and the main body of outsole. A non-slip concavo-convex region(15) is integrally formed in the bottom surface. Skid-proof equipment is inserted and set up in the insertion hole formed in the bottom surface. An air chamber(13) in which the upper is opened is formed in the front side upper side. An air pathway(12) is formed between the air inlets(14). A plurality of air pocket holes(11) in which the upper is opened are formed on the upper floor side of the outsole main body(10) and air pathway floor side. A hard midsole(20) is formed of a plurality of pores(21) communicating with the air chamber(13) in the front side. A plurality of pores(33) are formed in the front side of the main body of insole(31). In the bottom surface of the main body of insole, the honeycomb cushion material in which a plurality of hexagonal grooves are repetitively linked is formed.
