PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To largely contribute to environmental technologies of an improvement of fuel economy and the reduction of CO<SB>2</SB>and obtain maximum effects at low cost, in particular, while eliminating the necessity of machining and precision, by incorporating an advanced technology to an air sealing type tire wheel of an automobile and rotating the wheel to generate large rotating torque, because a technology aiming at an improvement of fuel economy to achieve energy saving is not incorporated to the wheel itself and the wheel is simply rotated as equipment incidental to an engine. SOLUTION: A plurality of pressure receiving parts 5 are provided in a rim 4 of the air sealing type tire wheel 2, and air pressure is applied to each of pressure receiving faces of the receiving parts to separately add a rotating force to an axle and make the axle generate a rotating force.
