A continuous energy creation system and the method is provided to make a surface of solid acid with temperature between hundreds and thousands nuclear fusion reaction without separating heavy hydrogen 30ppm which is contained as heavy water in water. A continuous energy creation system includes a water supply unit, a nuclear fusion reactor composed of a pre-heater and solid acid and includes a steam generator which is a heat exchanger type using heat from the nuclear fusion reactor, and also includes a generator converting pressurized steam into electricity. The continuous energy creation system has pipe arrangement which utilizes a part of steam from the steam generator as fuel for nuclear fusion.
