PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device consisting of a pin and bush which is connected to a plurality of members to each other with a high pulling force without requiring a high pin insertion force. SOLUTION: This fixing device 3 comprises: a bush 1 having a bush flange 7 and bush leg parts 11; and a pin 2 having pin leg parts 23. A member is held between the lock parts of locking parts 17 at the ends of the locking claws formed on the bush leg parts 11 and the bush flange 7. The bush shaft parts 10 of the bush leg parts 11 are axially extensible. When the pin leg parts are inserted midway into the bush leg parts before use, the bush leg parts are extended. When the pin leg parts are fully inserted into the bush leg parts in use, the extension of the bush leg parts is released, and the axial length between the lock part and the bush flange is smaller than the plate thickness of the member.
