<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load of a client side and to properly obtain high-quality random numbers. <P>SOLUTION: The random number generation system is provided with a server 2 having a random number reply means 22, which sends a reply signal after a lapse of random delay time for every arrival of a transmission request signal arriving via a network 1, and a client 3 having a random number generation means 4 transmitting the transmission request signal to the server via the network 2, detecting an arrival time of the returned reply signal, and generating random numbers based on the arrival delay time information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
