PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning effect measuring system, its method, and an information processing unit, capable of determining the effect of air-conditioning, by actively changing the temperature from an air conditioner. SOLUTION: This information processing unit 30 changes the temperature setting of the air conditioner 20 for performing air conditioning of the preset temperature by a temperature setting changing part 31, and gathers temperature information measured by a cooling object apparatus 10 by a temperature information gathering part 32, and analyzes a temperature change by a temperature change analyzing part 33 on the basis of the gathered temperature information, and guesses a flow of air by an air current guessing part 34.
