FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to processing of polymers and making pipes of them. Melted stock of pipe extruded from extrusion head is calibrated along external diametre and cooled from external and internal side. Cooling from internal side of pipe is done by means of air blowing from free end of pipe towards direction of extrusion. Air is taken out from processing zone through nozzle by means of suction fan. Facility of internal pipe cooling is arranged in the form of thin-walled pipe extrusion head installed in central channel. One end of pipe is connected to suction nozzle of fan, the other end protrudes beyond front end of extrusion head. In order to carry out additional supply of water dust into blown air, there is a tube installed inside cooling pipe, which protrudes beyond front end of cooling pipe, having nozzle at free end for water dispersion. ^ EFFECT: provision of fast removal of produced steam from pipe cavity without generation of reverse condensation, improved evenness of pipe cooling and improvement of its quality. ^ 1 dwg |
