<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time information receiving device and a radio controlled timepiece capable of precisely detecting second synchronization point even when much noise is mixed into a signal of a time code. <P>SOLUTION: In the time information receiving device and the radio controlled timepiece receiving the time code in which a plurality of kinds of data pulses are arranged one by one by the unit of time period, a waveform SU0 of a composite signal is obtained by a sample additions circuit, wherein a detection signal of the time code is shifted by the unit time period (one second)×n (n is a natural number) so as to be composed twice or more.
