PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of a mixing ratio when mixing and stirring a minute amount of liquid. SOLUTION: In this method, a predetermined volume of a first liquid 20 is dispensed into a stirring station 23; a predetermined volume of a second liquid 24 that is the last liquid is aspirated with a pipet 2 and then the pipet 2 is inserted into the stirring station 23; and aspiration and delivery of the liquid 20 in the stirring station are repeated while inserting the pipet 2 in the stirring station 23, so that a plurality of liquids are mixed and stirred.
