<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify each key in a tactile sense while maintaining flexibility in changing an assigned character. <P>SOLUTION: A key top (30) of a key unit 12 is movable between a low position and a projecting position higher than the lower position. A key control device (50) can detect the operation of the key top (30) by a user as the key top (30) is movable between the low position and the projecting position on each key unit (12). A display sheet (16) with display contents rewritable is arranged to cover a plurality of key units (12).
