<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic capacitor capable of obtaining larger capacity through a small occupying area without thickening a board. <P>SOLUTION: The electrolytic capacitor sheet has a valve metal sheet 11 whose surfaces except the side surfaces thereof are roughened, a metal oxide film 12 formed on the surface of the valve metal sheet 11, an anode lead-out electrode 15 conducted to the surface of the valve metal sheet 11 in the opening of the metal oxide film 12 formed on the upper surface side of the valve metal sheet 11, a solid electrolytic layer 13 formed on the surface of the metal oxide film 12 on the upper surface side of the valve metal sheet 11 and a cathode lead-out electrode 16 formed on the surface of the solid electrolytic layer 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
