FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to meat and vegetable canned food production for space feeding. Method provides for cutting, frying in melted butter and mincing of lamb; onion and garlic cutting, frying in melted butter and mincing, parsley and peppermint freezing and mincing. The above ingredients are mixed up with lemon juice, dry red wine, table salt and CO2-extracts of biomass of the given micromycete type and mustard. Produced mixture is packed in aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: production of canned food with high digestibility. ^ 41 cl |
