A food waste collection device for the meter-rate system is provided to prevent introduction of rainwater by forming an inclined collection cover and prevent outflow of food waste by forming an inlet smaller than a food waste collection box. A food waste collection device(100) for the meter-rate system includes a case(10), a collection cover(20), a discharge cover(30), a card reading display control unit(50), and a solar collection unit(60). The case has a door(D) at the front side and a space for installing a food waste collection box(2) and a bottom plate(11) with a scale(1) inside. The collection cover is hinged to the case to be inclined, and coupled with the case via a shock absorber(S) to open and close the upper side of the case, and has an inlet(21) formed smaller than the opening of the food waste collection box. The discharge cover is coupled with the collection cover to open and close the inlet of the collection cover by an automatic opening and closing unit. The card reading display control unit is installed in the case and controls opening and closing of the door, the collection cover, and the discharge cover to simultaneously perform releasing of a locking apparatus(D1) of the door and opening of the collection cover. The solar collection unit is formed on the top of the case to supply power using solar energy. |
