PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room pressure control system capable of flowing air from a first room having high target indoor air pressure to a second room having low target indoor air pressure when a door is opened. SOLUTION: This room pressure control system 10A has a door opening detecting means which detects the opening of the opened door 24 by classifying into first to third opening, and an air flow direction regulating means which flows air from the first room 11 having the high target indoor air pressure toward the second room 12 having the low target indoor air pressure when the door 24 is opened at the first opening. In the air flow direction regulating means, a first constant air volume unit 17 gradually maintains the volume of air passing through the first constant air volume unit at a plurality of first changed values larger than an initial set value and sequentially increasing the volume of air passed from the first opening toward the third opening, and a second constant air volume unit 18 gradually maintains the volume of air passing through the second constant air volume unit at a plurality of second changed values smaller than the initial set value and sequentially reducing the volume of air passed from the first opening toward the third opening.
