The Subject Matter of this invention is to transform, with the Energy Recycling Device, the lost energy of weights, airplanes, trains, vehicles, cars or trucks ( ' vehicles ') going down a hill or decelerating into a rotation and ultimately, in electrical energy or any oth er useful form of energy. This is done by adding module of Energy Recycling Devices to the existing roads, as you can see in the figures 1 to 4, that are integral part of this filing. Since this device is only a few inches thick, it can easily replace the asphalt directly and be connected to the electrical grid or generate in isolated form.
