<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the average power generation efficiency of a fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: Considering that power generation efficiency is improved when power output of the fuel cell decreases (time point t12), annealing treatment is carried out on a fuel cell output instruction, the output is slowly decreased, and surplus electric power generated at the time of superior generation efficiency is charged in a battery. At the next occasions of increasing power output (time point t14 to t17) when the generation efficiency of the next fuel cell becomes decreased, by increasing assist by the battery and decreasing the power generation output at the time of low power generation efficiency of the fuel cell from the power generation output P4 to a lower power generation output P2, as a result, the average power generation efficiency can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
