FIELD: technology of food products making. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of recipe components according to traditional technology. Prepared asparagus is subject to freezing, preferably slow one, and is crushed in mincer. Prepared beef is cut. Specified components are mixed without oxygen access with hen's eggs, corn flour, sherry, sea salt and white pepper. Prepared mixture and bone broth are packed, sealed and sterilised to prepare finished product. ^ EFFECT: increase of culinary dish assimilability. |
