PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing structure of a skeleton of an existing building, which can be constituted by simple construction, and which can increase flexural strength along with shearing strength. SOLUTION: This reinforcing structure 1 of the skeleton comprises: the skeleton 10 of the existing building, in which a plurality of recesses 13, 13, etc. is formed in a surface; a reinforcing plate material 20 which is arranged in such a manner as to cover a predetermined range of the surface of the skeleton 10, in the state of making a predetermined gap from the surface of the skeleton 10; and a filler 30 which is solidified after being infilled into the gap and the recesses 13, 13, etc. The skeleton 10 and the reinforcing plate material 20 are integrally fixed together.
