PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fluctuation of an interference signal level due to the swing of an optical probe in an optical tomographic apparatus. SOLUTION: The optical tomographic apparatus 1, in which the optical probe 10 housing an optical fiber 12 to be inserted into a subject is connected to an optical tomograph main body 1A, is provided with a fixing means 5A for fixing at least a part of the portion extending to the outside of the subject H of the optical probe 10 at least when acquiring optical tomographic images.
