PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To streamline a process to bond a skin material to the surface of a base with a hole or a recessed part. SOLUTION: The surface of a masking sheet 9(9A) to be bonded to the peripheral edge of the hole parts 2 and 3 or the recessed part of the base 1, is made releasable. Further, the masking sheet 9(9A) is prevented from adhering to a hot-melt resin adhesive layer 12 of a covering part 7A of the hole parts 2 and 3 or the recessed part, of the skin material 7, when the covering part 7A is cut off.
