PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer packing material for a film battery of a multilayer structure and a collector also serving as a packing material equipped with it. SOLUTION: The polymer packing material for a film battery and a collector also serving as a packing material are provided with a multilayer polymer film of a lamination structure with at least three layers equipped with a first polymer film, a second polymer film, and a third polymer film, each made of a different substance. The first polymer film is made of a hydrocarbon compound substituted or non-substituted with an F atom, the second polymer film is made of an amorphous polymer, and the third polymer film is made of a polymer with a tensile strength and a tensile ratio more than a prescribed value.
