FLUID CUT-OFF DEVICE FOR PIPE LINE AND PIPE CONSTRUCTING METHOD USING THE SAME

A fluid blocking device for a pipeline and a pipe constructing method using the same are provided to insert and remove a blocking bag easily to and from the pipeline by forming a blocking bag inserting pipe body to insert blocking bags to an X letter direction. A fluid blocking device for a pipeline comprises the followings: a blocking valve(56) installed at a perforated unit(52) of the pipeline, to open and close the perforated part; a blocking bag inserting pipe body(60) installed to the blocking valve, including multiple blocking bag inserting units(63,64) arranged to be inclined to the center of the perforated part, to insert multiple blocking bags(100) for blocking fluid in front and rear of an inside of the pipeline: and a blocking bag inserting device(80) including a tube housing(81) of a long cylinder type connected to the blocking bag inserting unit of the blocking bag inserting pipe body, and an air blowing pipe(83) moving up and down penetrating the tube housing, to insert the blocking bag and to blow air to the blocking bag.
