PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal spacer particle fluid dispersion for accurately and strongly disposing spacer particles in a prescribed position on a substrate using an ink jet device and manufacturing a liquid crystal display device having excellent display quality, to provide a method of manufacturing the liquid crystal display device and the liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal spacer particle fluid dispersion contains the spacer particles, an adhesive component and a solvent, wherein the adhesive component is a block or graft copolymer containing≥20 mol% constitutional unit represented by general formula (1). In the general formula (1), R<SP>1</SP>denotes H or C<SB>n</SB>H<SB>2n+1</SB>, n denotes an integer of 3 or below, R<SP>2</SP>denotes H or C<SB>n</SB>H<SB>2n+1</SB>and n and m<SP>1</SP>each denote an integer of 3 or below.
