PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical part in which there is no damage at an optical output edge, an outputtable optical power can be enlarged and a manufacturing thereof is easy. SOLUTION: The optical part 16A is equipped with a glass tube 61, an optical fiber 62, a glass rod 63 and resin 64. The glass rod 63 is cylindrical, and has the same outer diameter as that of a cladding 62b of the optical fiber 62. A fusion connection is made by end surfaces to the optical fiber 62. The glass tube 61 is provided with a through hole between a first edge 61a and a second edge 61b, and the optical fiber 62 and the glass rod 63 are inserted in the through hole. In a position of the first edge 61a of the glass tube 61, respective end surfaces of the glass rod 63 and the glass tube 61 reside on the same plane. In a first range 61c along the longitudinal direction containing the first edge 61a of the glass tube 61, a fusion connection of an inner wall surface of the glass tube 61 is made with a peripheral surface of the glass rod 63.
