PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make both a threshold of a high voltage side and a threshold of a low voltage side high in precision by respectively separately adjusting the threshold of the high voltage side and the threshold of the low voltage side lower than the threshold of the high voltage side. SOLUTION: This comparator circuit with hysteresis is separately provided with a first threshold setting circuit 2 for forming reference voltage VIH to be the threshold of the high voltage side, and a second threshold setting circuit 3 for forming reference voltage VIL to be the threshold of the low voltage side, and can independently set the respective thresholds of the high voltage side and the low voltage side by the first and second threshold setting circuits 2 and 3. Consequently, setting of one threshold is prevented from shifting the other threshold, and the high accuracy of both the threshold of the high voltage side and the threshold of the low voltage side can be achieved.
