A shampoo composition is provided to wash hair cleanly, protect and heal damaged hair with minimized skin irritation by using natural materials, thereby exhibiting excellent capability on scalp and hair management. A shampoo composition comprises 20-22 wt.% of purified water, 38-40 wt.% of a surfactant, 14-16 wt.% of an oil dissolving agent, 12-14 wt.% of an oriental herb medicine extract, 3-5 wt.% of cocamide DEA, 3-5 wt.% of a moisturizer, 1-2 wt.% of a conditioning agent, 1-3 wt.% of loess powder, and 2-4 wt.% of an additive, wherein the oriental herb medicine extract comprises 26-30 wt.% of Mori Cortex radicis, 16-18 wt.% of Chrysanthemum zawadskii var. latilobum, 15-18 wt.% of Acorus calamus var. angustatus, 14-17 wt.% of Artemisia princeps var. orientalis, 14-17 wt.% of Coicis Semen, 5-6 wt.% of Swertia pseudo-chinensis, 3-4 wt.% of ginseng, and 1-2 wt.% of rosemary.
