The invention relates to a holder (1) which is attached by adhesive or bonding (3) to a tube (2) of toothpaste and will enable it to hold one or more toothbrushes. The holder (1) can be joined to the toothpaste tube (2) during manufacture. Each toothbrush is supported in a vertical position, roughly parallel to the toothpaste tube (2), with the head (4) uppermost. Each toothbrush is placed in a recess (5) with its bristles (4) resting on the holder (1).
