<p>A structure of a capacitance type antibacterial touch panel capable of preventing organic contamination and a method of manufacturing the touch panel are provided to form a linearization pattern and an overcoating layer to protect a transparent conductive layer of the touch panel so as to secure the durability of the touch panel. A capacitance type antibacterial touch panel capable of preventing organic contamination includes a glass substrate(10), a first transparent conductive layer(40) for correctly detecting a touch position of an object touching the touch panel, a second transparent conductive layer(20) for shielding noise, and a shield pattern(30) for attenuating noise. The touch panel further includes a linearization pattern(50) which is formed on the first transparent conductive layer to correct linearity from a distorted signal structurally generated in the touch panel and uniformly distributes a voltage produced in the touch panel to secure linearity, a first overcoating layer(70) for protecting a conductive coat film of the touch panel and attenuating noise, and a second overcoating layer for preventing contaminations.</p> |
