THE VERIFICATION METHOD OF MOBILE GIFT TOKEN AND THE SYSTEM USING A MOBILE PHONE NUMBER

A method and a system for verifying a mobile gift token with a mobile number are provided to offer a mobile gift token service independent of infrastructure of a member shop by using the mobile number of a user as a key value of a mobile gift token. A sale server(200) sells a mobile gift token through an online distribution path by linking with a wired/wireless web server or messenger. An issuance server(300) issues the mobile gift token to a receiver(400) receiving the mobile gift token by receiving a mobile number of the receiver and purchase details from the sale server, transmits purchase confirmation and a password to the receiver in a mobile message, and transmits the mobile number and the password of the receiver to an authentication server(700). A mobile phone stores the mobile gift token received from the issuance server. A payment terminal of a member shop(500) inputs the mobile number and the password of the receiver to authenticate the mobile gift token. The authentication server checks validity of transaction of the mobile gift token by using the mobile number and the password, and transmits an authentication result to the member shop. A settlement server(800) generates settlement details periodically based on transaction details of the transacted mobile gift tokens.
