<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bidirectional flexible converter adapted to various conditions, which is highly efficient, and capable of performing the stable switching of operation modes, and to provide an electronic device which supplies electric power under various conditions and capable of being operated efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic device (10) is provided with the bidirectional converter (20), which has a reactor (L1) and four switches (S1-S4) between power supply input terminals (T0, T1) and a secondary battery (E2). An operation voltage is supplied to a system circuit (100) via the bidirectional converter (20). The device is configured to transmit a status signal which shows the operation state of the system circuit (100) to a microcomputer (24) of the bidirectional converter (20) and to perform the switching control of the operation modes of the bidirectional converter (20) on the basis of this status signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
