<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for ordering a flag through a Web site to transmit the image of a flag to be finally completed to a client. <P>SOLUTION: A server displays a sample image, and transmits type selection data for selecting the type of a flag to a user terminal (S202). The user terminal displays a type selection screen based on the type selection data (S102), and transmits the selected type to the server (S103). The server transmits order information input data for displaying a sample image corresponding to the selected type, and for inputting order information to the user terminal (S204). Thus, it is possible for a client to order a flag while imaging the flag to be completed.
