PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium to be discharged discharging device capable of improving taking-out property of a medium to be discharged by enlarging a space in a discharge port part for discharging the medium to be discharged having a small size and to provide a medium to be discharged conveyance device provided with the medium to be discharged discharging device and electronic equipment provided with the medium to be discharged conveyance device. SOLUTION: This medium to be discharged discharging device is provided with a processing execution part 132 arranged in an upper part on one side in a discharge port 131 discharging a medium to be discharged and having an opened front face to execute predetermined processing with respect to the medium to be discharged and a stacker part 133 arranged to open and close the discharge port except a section where the processing execution part is arranged freely to load the medium to be discharged. Consequently, since the processing execution part for narrowing a space in the discharge port is moved into the upper part on one side in the discharge port, a wide space can be ensured on the other side in the discharge port so that a user can insert his/her hand into it easily to take the medium to be discharged out of it even if the medium to be discharged has a small size.
