PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly distribute the information required for communities. SOLUTION: A power-line carrier communication equipment has: a superimposer that generates superimposed signals formed by superimposing power distributed through incoming lines connected between distribution lines and facilities, and notifying signals having the information to designate the notifying signals transmitted from the communication lines and the information to designate facilities to which the notifying signals are transmitted; a separator installed in the facilities that separates the notifying signals from the superimposed signals; and a control unit installed in the facilities that transmits the notifying information to electric equipment notifying the information based on the notified information, if the facilities judge that the notified information is to be transmitted based on the designated information in the separated notifying information.
