PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that conventionally, a check valve installed in water supply piping is installed near a waterworks equipment so that it does not cause failure in operations of the equipment due to a reverse flow of water, but in many cases, because the check valve is provided near the equipment, water flow is disturbed by a deformed flow passage or an operation of the equipment, preventing operating fluid pressure of the valve from working normally or inviting intrusion of foreign matter. SOLUTION: This filtering and straightening vane 3 equipped with a function for adjusting polarized fluid pressure occurring by a disturbed flow opposing a check valve element 2, other than a foreign matter filtering function, is set on a primary side of the check valve element 2 via a valve seat 21. Thereby, fluid pressure adapted to the operation of the valve element 2 is applied thereto, and by mounting the filtering and straightening vane 3, arrangement of the check valve seat 21 is stably sealed.
