A blank piling device is provided to protect the blanks and allowing the placement member to move downward little by little by its load according to piling of the blanks by additionally installing a placement member on a blank dropping position of the piling device and lowering the dropping height of cut blanks, thereby lowering an impact of the dropping blanks. In a device positioned at a dropping position of blanks obtained by cutting a strip coil to pile the blanks on the device, a blank piling device includes: a piling body(10) having a predetermined space formed therein to pile the blanks in the space; guide bars(20) vertically installed at the inner side of the piling body; a placement member(30) inserted onto the guide bars and vertically moved within the piling body; and elastic members(40) elastically installed on portions of the guide bars under the placement member to provide the placement member with an upward elastic force.
