PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of easily and unifying homepages in the world so as to cope with decentralization of power from overconcentration in one area for the next Japanese economy and developing a national communication network and a worldwide communication network in the whole country. SOLUTION: The theory-of-the-state worldwide unified homepage is developed by inputting parameters to a logic table without being accompanied by the correction of a program, various homepages are turned to normalized characters by an integrated file (text file), and file creation is facilitated by inputting the parameters to a print table.
