PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cell occupancy in a semiconductor storage device. SOLUTION: The semiconductor storage device includes a write power supply circuit 15 generating a write current; write wiring to which logic is transferred; a first pass transistor 12 connected between the write power supply circuit 15 and the write wiring; and a register 13 connected to the write wiring, takes in the logic of the write wiring in an input status, stores the taken logic in a storage status, and on/off-controls the first pass transistor 12 on the basis of the stored logic.
