SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GENERATING WEB AUTHENTICATION FOR PREVENTING ILLEGAL INSTALLING PROGRAM

A system and a method for generating a web authentication for preventing illegal install of a program are provided to block the illegal installation of the program fundamentally by generating and providing an authentication key for installing the program to a user terminal based on an MAC(Media Access Control) address of the registered user terminal. A server(10) issues the authentication key for installing the program. A client terminal(20) is connected to the server, requests the installation of the program to the server, and installs the program by using the authentication key received from the server. The server includes a database(25) storing the MAC address, member information, and authentication key information of each product, a member authenticating module(30) authenticating a member based on the member information received from the client terminal, and an authentication providing module(35). The authentication key providing module extracts the MAC address of the client terminal and transmits the authentication key matched with the MAC address to the client terminal if the member is authenticated.
