A test apparatus for an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel is provided to check simultaneously alignment system badness and foreign substance badness by matching properly a TN(Twisted Nematic) polarizing plate and an IPS(In-Plane Switching) polarizing plate and improve test environment by using a mask zig for a polarizing plate. A test apparatus for an LCD panel comprises a backlight lamp(120), an acrylic diffusion plate(130), and a lower polarizing plate(150). The backlight lamp is arranged on a base substrate(110) to supply light. The acrylic diffusion plate is formed in the upper part of the lamp to diffuse the light. The lower polarizing plate is attached to the upper part of the acrylic diffusion plate to polarize the diffused light. A TN polarizing plate(151) and an IPS polarizing plate(152) are dividedly disposed in a predetermined area. |
