<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a device and a computer program executing a simulation using a video clip, and a computer program capable of associating realism of a laser disk game with interactivity of computer drawing graphics, or allowing complicated interaction by a user during the video sequence display stage of the simulation. <P>SOLUTION: In a method of providing a video simulation on a computer, parameter selection options S1-S7 and possible parameter values I1-I6; F1-F9 are displayed, and are selectable by the user. The outcome of the simulation is determined according to the combination of parameters selected by the user, user interaction during a simulation video clip, and additionally according to a random or pseudo-random determination.
