Described is a polymeric composite having a high magnetic permeability, which includes a polymeric matrix and two magnetic loads, these latter elements comprising magnetically soft metallic material particles at a volume concentration of from about 1% to about 20%, preferably from about 40% to about 50%. The magnetically soft metallic particles are slight flakes with an appearance ratio of at least 300, while the particles of magnetically soft metallic oxide may be of any spherically-shaped soft ferrite. The inventive composite of the present invention shows a high magnetic permeability and low loses.
