In a technique performing stage, system control is started on the basis of the photography condition (S21), scan is performed (S22), and image reconstitution is performed (S23). In the stage, the correction of the object region (S24), the correction of the imaging region (S25), the correction of the photography region (S26) and the correction of the photography condition (S27) are performed and condition change is confirmed (S28). Return to the system control (S21) is performed when the condition is changed, and continuation/end is finally judged when the condition is not changed (S29).
