PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mosquito-repelling apparatus that is user friendly especially in the case of outdoor use. SOLUTION: The mosquito-repelling apparatus is equipped with a base positioned at the downside and a lid body incorporated with the base so as to cover the upper space of the base. The assembly of the base with the lid body forms a housing space for housing a mosquito-repellent incense in the inside. The housing space is equipped with a mosquito-repellent incense fitting part to which a burning mosquito-repellent incense is attached. The upper part of the lid body is protrusively equipped with a chimney part with a release window for releasing a mosquito-repelling smoke on the sidewall.
