THERMAL INSULATION RESIN COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass-balloon-containing thermoplastic resin composition allowing molding of items ranging from films to thick moldings, independent of the thickness of the molded item, a light-weight insulation film using it and a manufacturing method of the resin composition. SOLUTION: The resin composition is blended with glass balloons of an average particle size of 10-70μm which are coated with a surface-treating agent selected from organic silane, titanate and aluminate compounds and have a pressure strength of≥70 MPa.
